Ducklett, Emolga, Alomomola, and the two previously mentioned are locked behind Phenomenon's. The Pokémon need special Mega Stones in order to evolve into their final form for one-evolution/branch. I've found a grand total of 2 spots in 3 days and none had an exclusive Pokemon.
